With the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, Snelling Business Systems will continue to follow the advice offered by the UK Chief Medical Officer and public health advisory.
We have taken necessary steps to safeguard the health and well-being of our staff and customers, while ensuring our operations continue as normal.
Our pre-tested Business Continuity Plan is now fully operational, which specifies the designed operational approach to disruptions such as public health emergencies and remote working.
We are actively monitoring the ongoing situation and can assure you of our unhindered capability to deliver vital services without compromise on safety and efficiency.

Work-from-Home arrangements for Snelling staff
Snelling Business Systems have taken the decision to implement remote work arrangements and imposed travel restrictions in keeping with the UK Government’s advice.
All sales, marketing and support staff who can work from home will do so for the foreseeable future. This should have no practical significance for clients, and all employees are available to assist you over email, phone and video conferencing platforms.
Some of our staff who are unable to work from home will continue to work from Snelling offices only, and can be reached via email or via the main switchboard number 01603 711111.
Please note that during this period access to Snelling facilities in Wymondham (HQ) and London is restricted to visitors. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries.
Service & Support
Our technical support, customer service and accounts departments remain open and operating as normal.
We will continue to monitor the situation daily and issue updates if any further changes to our current operation become necessary.
All shipping and order processing will continue as normal.
Our distribution centre and warehouse are open for goods receipt, delivery and dispatch and all orders will be processed as normal.
We don’t foresee any issues in the immediate future but please be flexible and understanding that this situation might change depending on official government advice.

London, July 18, 2019 – It’s official! We are an appointed supplier to the Crown Commercial Service’s RM6103 Education technology Framework (Lot 5: Audio Visual). This appointment enables Snelling Business Systems to provide a range of Audio Visual solutions for teaching, learning, management and administration functions.
The framework is designed to support a wide range of UK public sector organisations with an education facility, including but not limited to: schools, academies/MATs, Colleges, Universities, Police, Fire & rescue, Health sector, local authorities
Under Lot 5: Audio Visual, Snelling Business Systems can provide installation services for interactive solutions (e.g. interactive touchscreens, whiteboards etc.), digital signage, LED displays, televisions, AV software, auditorium solutions as well as user training.
The agreement is available for a period of 3 years with a 1-year extension period, and customer call-offs will be for a maximum length of 5 years.
