Steve Royans Attains PSNI Global Deployment Certification

Steve Royans has successfully achieved PSNI Global Alliance’s proprietary deployment and service certification. The new certification to develop a standardised approach to global deployment and support across the global network is mandatory for continued alliance membership.

To become certified for Global Deployment, employees of the member company must pass an exam designed to test their mastery of global audiovisual deployment practices as outlined in the PSNI Global Deployment handbook.

The certification is achieved upon assessment of skills, knowledge and understanding of multi-destination project, support needs and know-how to address issues endemic to multi-site, multi-country deployment and support services.

Skill areas include contracts, meetings, expectations, design, programming, end user training, project templates, project workflow, and more.

To ensure each project strictly adheres to PSNI Global Deployment practices, PSNI integrators provide peer reviews focusing on response time, information accuracy, and whether they met or exceeded expectations.

This certification also ensures that our customers receive a standardised approach to service and integration no matter where in the world their project is located because they are working with a PSNI certified integrator.
