Snelling Business Systems is this month applauding two of their team who have been presented with their Certificates of Completion for the Extron Electronics' School of Configurable Control Systems.
Matthew Loveridge BSC Hons, who has worked for Snelling Business Systems for two years, and Damian McKenna HND / CCNA, who has been with the company for four years, both attended the School in May 2010.
Extron Electronics, whose headquarters are based in Anaheim, California, are the pioneers of configurable AV control systems with the highly successful MediaLink family of push-button controllers. With their new TouchLink product, Extron are now set to revolutionize the way touch panel systems are designed, installed and maintained. In order to ensure their suppliers are fully trained to configure not only the MediaLink but also the TouchLink systems, Extron have launched their School of Configurable Control Systems, which gives participants the knowledge and hands-on skills to fully configure their products.
The two day program delivered at Extron's European Amersfoot training facility covers a wide range of topics, including Extron control systems, concepts and applications, control system designs with MediaLink and TouchLink solutions, global configurator and GUI configurator software, configuring with MediaLink and TouchLink solutions, AV resources management and control system troubleshooting.
As one of the first authorized dealers of Extron control products in the UK, Snelling Business Systems, who also hold the Authorized Extron Reseller certificate, were keen to ensure that their employees attended the course. They are proud to now have two staff members graduate from the Extron Electronics School of Configurable Control Systems, which they are also authorised to supply.

They have been designing and installing AV systems for over 10 years and were Highly Commended at the 2009 AV Awards.
