Roy Snelling
Group President
Since the early days of broadcasting, Roy Snelling has always been on the forefront of technology. Having established Snellings in 1954, Mr Snelling has seen technology and business change dramatically since the early years.
Roy, now in his 80s and with more than seven decades in the industry, is the Founder and President of the Snelling Group.
Phillip Buttinger
Non Executive Director
Former management accountant Phillip Buttinger is now a Non Executive Director at Snellings, an active director of the Carbon Reduction Trust and the Snelling Museum.
Phillip is a keen Korfballer and is also Treasurer, and Chair, of the Norfolk Korfball Association.
Stephan Phillips
Non-Executive Director
Former Managing Director of Archant Norfolk, Stephan Phillips is now a Non-Executive Director at Snellings.
Stephan is an active director of Norwich City Football Club and is also a member of the Associate Directors' Group.
Toby Wise
Managing Director
Toby's Audio Visual roots go back to the early 80's. Having studied HNC electronic engineering he began working with a National AV company installing 'three tube' Barco projectors and commercial satellite systems.
In 1989, Toby joined the Snelling Group in a technical role, and during the late 90's completed an HNC in computing and more recently a postgrad CMI Executive diploma in management.
Toby's combination of technical and management experience, coupled with personal drive and passion for Audio Visual, has enabled Snelling Business Systems to establish itself as a regional leader and a rising force on the national stage, notably collecting the highly commended prize in the 2009 National AV Awards and again finalists at the 2010 Awards.
Rowland Cogman
Finance Director
Former Business Studies Graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant, Rowland joined Snellings in November 2004 from another well-known Norfolk business, Roys (Wroxham) Limited, where he oversaw the company's expansion from 3 to 6 branches.
Rowland's first contact with Snellings was back in 1986 when he was involved in the Audit, Accountancy and Taxation work for the business when working for accountants KPMG.
Steve Royans
Sales Manager
Steve has been in the audio visual industry for over 10 years, starting his career in custom home installations. He joined the Snelling Group in 2003 and has since undertaken HNC Computing, CMI in Management and Leadership, Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and manufacturer training.
With a background in engineering, he transferred to sales, where he has been instrumental in securing key contracts. Steve now leads the highly motivated and dedicated sales team who look forward to hearing from, and working with you.

Jessica joins the company following her graduation from the University of East Anglia this year, where she achieved a first class honours degree in Business Computing.
In the capacity of Business Development Executive Jess meets a need within the company for a dedicated liaison with higher education establishments in the south of England.
